The journal gives a brief but solid overview of the seven monthly topics with weekly guided journal entries. The supplemental podcast, newsletter, Zoom meetings, and bi-monthly coffee and tea gatherings are extensions of the monthly journal topics that are necessary for the successful achievement of fulfillment and reaching your next level. That is why it is extremely important to listen to the monthly topical podcast and practice what you learn in the newsletter articles.
In essence, the podcast, newsletter articles, Zoom meetings, and bi-monthly gatherings are foundational to the structure of M.E. [Me Empowered].
Why Self-Care:
Focusing on you, your health, your appearance, and your overall happiness, and addressing how you feel about yourself, is key to fulfillment and filling in the voids in your life. If you don’t like the way you look, are dissatisfied with your weight, feel tired, struggle with sleep, and can’t fit exercise into your day; if you find yourself going through the same old routine day in and day out—you are settling for the voids in your life.
It is imperative that you change your routine and do something about the way you feel about yourself. An unhealthy diet, dehydration, poor sleep hygiene, lack of fun and laughter, not exercising, and, worse of all, not feeling beautiful affect your mood and self-esteem. Question: “Is that what God wants for your life?” Absolutely not!
That is why self-care is part of the journal and is a subsequent but important component of M.E. [Me Empowered].
Subscription Cost:
Each M.E. [Me Empowered] Journal includes the journal, gifts, the monthly supplement podcast, newsletter, Zoom meetings, and bi-monthly gatherings. Aside from the cost of the journal itself, our subscription cost is only five dollars a month for six months (equivalent to the journal topics), which is less than similar subscriptions that can be as high as twenty-five to forty dollars a month.
