Our systematic programs will increase the understanding God's Word, and give clearer insight to the spiritual endowments that God has given to all believers. The combination of basic theology, ministry operations and training in Christian education, brings balance and increased faith for spiritual contributions to the Body of of Christ.
The goal of the Institute of Theology and Ministry Training is to "Equip the Saints" without placing emphasis on Christian dogmatic doctrine, denominations or church creeds.
HISTORY:
The Institute of Theology and Ministry is based in Orlando, Florida and is proud to have provided quality Christian education to the men and women of God for over 25 years.
I.T.M.T. began as a correspondence school offering a certificate in Biblical Studies. It grew into a Bible College that granted Specialization Certificates, Associate, Bachelor and Master Degrees. In 2008 The Institute proudly conferred its first Doctorate Degrees.
The Institute places great emphasis on practical means of Christian education to meet the needs of its students. For several years I.T.M.T. made careful observations of educational applications and trends. We have found that the Certificate in Biblical Studies and Advanced Certificates are the most desired achievements for today's ministers and those who simply want to study the Bible for personal enrichment. And, because of their busy lifestyles, virtual study, that is accessible on their electronic devices helps them meet their educational goals in a convenient way.
Taking this into consideration, I.T.M.T. has transferred all of its programs to a Virtual Learning platform. Students are able to receive the same quality Christian education with the added convenience of studying when and where they choose. Audio and video overviews, online exams, course materials and self-paced completion of subjects have recently been added to online classrooms for further ease of taking our programs.
Adding to our rich history, The Institute of Theology and Ministry Training has assisted several Pastors, in many states, in establishing Bible Schools in there churches that benefit the people in their communities.
STATEMENT OF FAITH :
The Institute of Theology and Ministry Training accepts the Holy Scriptures as the only inspired, infallible, authoritative Word of God.
We affirm that the Bible reveals the will of God, that it is all-sufficient for rules of faith and its practice, and that it sets forth the perfect doctrine for salvation.
We believe that there is one eternal God existent in three persons, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
We further believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His conception by the Holy Spirit, His virgin birth, His death and bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of God the Father, and His return for the blood-bought Church.
CREDENTIALS:
The Institute of Theology and Ministry Training is a religious, non-public school that only offers educational programs that gives its students a clear understanding of Christian beliefs, values and traditions in preparation for service in their churches and communities. Certificates, diplomas or degrees clearly identify the religious educational program achieved to distinguish them from secular conferences. As a solely religious Christian, non-public Bible School, The Institute of Theology and Ministry is not accredited with any government accreditation board. Our primary goal is to teach and prepared the men and women of God in Biblical Academics for ministry and the propagation of the Gospel.
