Webinar Participation Policy

The following policy establishes the participation requirements and conduct expectations for all registrants attending the webinar. Compliance with these requirements is necessary to maintain an orderly, professional, and productive learning environment.

 

1) Each registration is valid for one participant only. Registrants are prohibited from sharing their screen or webinar access with any individual who is not registered for the session.

2) Participants are required to sign in at the designated start time. The webinar host reserves the right to delay admission for late arrivals until a scheduled break.

3) Participants are required to maintain professional dress and appearance throughout the webinar.

4) Participants must attend the webinar from a quiet and appropriate location. Background noise, distractions, or disruptions that interfere with the host or other participants are not permitted.

5) Children and nonregistered individuals should not be present in the immediate area where the registrant is participating in the webinar.

6) Designated time will be provided for participant questions. Questions must be presented during the allotted periods to maintain the flow of instruction and ensure timely completion of all topics.

7) Participants are responsible for downloading the webinar workbook provided by email prior to the session.

8) Scheduled breaks will be provided throughout the webinar, including a 30-minute lunch break.

9) Eating is not permitted during instructional portions of the webinar.

10) Full attendance is required to receive credit, discounted tuition, and acceptance into the Biblical Studies Academic Program offered by The Institute of Theology and Ministry Training.

 

11) Registration fees are nonrefundable once books have been accepted and webinar materials have been distributed by email.

 

12) Registrants are responsible for providing accurate and current contact information at the time of registration.
