Prayer Focus - Wisdom and Clarity
James 1:5 “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.”
Wisdom (understanding, knowledge, perception, prudence) is what we should seek God for when we’re faced with trials and struggles. Godly Wisdom is not a gift that comes to us naturally or by virtue of being born again. This type of wisdom is given by God when we ask for it. The gift of Godly Wisdom is a promise from God. It is a promise that has no limitations … as much and as often as we need it, God is happy to give it to us.

Reflection: Page 54
Meditation clears the mind of fearful thoughts so that you can hear God more clearly. Taking time to quietly reflect on His Word and promises will give you insight and clarity.
Prayer and Prayer Journal Entry:
Pray specifically about the situation and why you need wisdom and clarity concerning it from the Lord; then be still and meditate. Journal what you feel He is saying to you. Afterwards, pray for His perfect timing to act upon His instructions.

WATER

Our bodies are approximately 60% water, and is needed to stay healthy. It's necessary for:
Saliva - Body temperature - Lubrication
Toxins - Physical activity - Bowel movements
Digestion - Nutrients - Blood and Oxygen -Weight loss - Energy - Circulation - Immunity -Cognitive function - Mood - Anti-aging -Dehydration
Our body loses water primarily by urination and sweating. By consuming water (in addition to the water that's in the food that we eat) we replenish what's loss. The most common recommendation is eight 8 ounces of water, which equals 2 liters or half a gallon. An easy way to remember this is the 8 x 8 rule.
